Q. Why does the 'NewTowncarShare News in your inbox' newsletter box keep popping up?

The Pop-Up was designed to only appear if it is the very first time a person visits the site, one can fill out the box for the e-newsletter and submit, or just close it. What the system does is write to your browser's storage called a cache, a little file called a 'cookie', which in this case only stores info about the choice made in the Pop-Up. If the browser has this cache and/or cookie disabled, it can't record the choice you've made, so the next time you use the browser, and since it can't find this 'cookie' it assumes you've never been to the web site, and offers the e-newsletter again. To cure this problem, please allow this specific 'cookie' to be set. Please consult with your particular browser's help section to see how this can be accomplished. Many times you can specify that only cookies of certain web sites be allowed, to store them on your computer. If you have this feature in your browser, you can specify the web site '' as being one of them.
